Quotex has a bad reputation for managing money withdrawals as many users complain for payout rejections and significant delays, which is one of the reasons why we think that Quotex is not a trustworthy broker.

In this article, you will learn about Quotex withdrawal fees, payout processing times, methods, minimums, limits and important withdrawal policies so you will know which payout method to choose.

Whether you are searching for a cheap, fast and safe way to withdraw money from your Quotex account, experience payout problems or are just confused about whether Quotex will pay you at all, we will give you useful tips on how to successfully withdraw your hard-earned profits.

How to Withdraw Your Money on Quotex?

Withdrawing your money from your Quotex account is generally simple, but you have to go through their Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process first. After that, just follow the below steps:

Step 1: Go to the main page of the trading platform and click on the “Withdrawal" button on the top right corner of your screen.

Step 2: Once you’re on the Withdrawal page, enter the amount you want to withdraw. For reference, you can see your total money on the account and the amount available for withdrawal on the left side of the page. Note that deposit bonuses can be used to trade but can’t be withdrawn.

Step 3: Choose the withdrawal method that you used for depositing money, as Quotex won't allow you to use a different payment method for deposits and withdrawals. For example, if you use Perfect Money when you deposit, your withdrawn money will be sent to the same Perfect Money account.

Step 4: Input additional required details depending on your chosen withdrawal methods. For example, crypto addresses for cryptocurrencies, mobile numbers for e-wallets, or account numbers for online banking.

Step 5: Check if all the details are correct and hit the “Confirm” button below. You will then input the verification code sent to your linked email address.

Once you’re finished, Quotex will process your request so wait until they approve your withdrawal. Until your payout is fully processed, you can’t request for another withdrawal. If you want to withdraw a larger amount, the broker may ask for further information for security reasons, which can delay the payout process.

Withdrawal methods

Quotex supports a wide selection of international and local withdrawal methods including blue-chip cryptocurrencies, e-payment systems, and major local banks, but you have to choose the same payment option for withdrawals that you used to deposit money into your account.

Withdrawal time

According to the official Quotex website, most withdrawals take 1-5 business days, including the initial processing and the time it reaches your bank account or e-wallet.

  • Crypto withdrawals are processed instantly, but it may take 1-8 hours to see the withdrawn amount in your crypto ledger.
  • Bank card withdrawals take around 60 minutes while e-wallets and online banking can take up to 7 business days.

Quotex may request further verification for requests involving large amounts. The withdrawal verification is decided by the company’s own judgment, which adds another 1-5 business days on top of the regular withdrawal time frame.

Withdrawal limits

Quotex does not have a total or daily maximum withdrawal limit, but they have a $10 minimum withdrawal limit for most payment methods and a $50 minimum for cryptocurrencies.

Also, the broker may limit your withdrawal amount to the same value as your initial deposit made using the same payment method. This means, if you deposited $100 with Mastercard, the broker may limit the withdrawal amount to $100 back to that card at their own discretion.

Withdrawal fees

Quotex does not charge any fees for withdrawals for most payment methods. They only charge a 5% fee for withdrawals made to credit cards, so we suggest you to to choose a different deposit method to avoid that fee while withdrawal.

Proof: does Quotex really pay?

Whether Quotex is actually paying their traders or not is questionable because no financial authorities monitor the operation of the broker. There are many user complaints about rejected or constantly delayed withdrawals, so we generally advice you to stay away from this broker.

However, there are also many positive examples, where traders received their money within the advertised timeframe, like in the case below:

Common withdrawal problems

Quotex withdrawal problems have been a growing concern among traders which is one of the reasons why we don't trust this broker. Below are some of the most common withdrawal problems Quotex users have:

Delayed withdrawal processing time

Delayed withdrawal processing time is the single most common withdrawal problem at Quotex and is usually caused by pending identity verification.

Other factors like technical issues, incorrect documentation, and high volumes of simultaneous requests may extend the timeframe up to 14 days.

If you haven't received your money after 14 days, we advice you to submit a ticket to their customer support and contact your payment provider or bank as well, as the issue might be happening on their end.

Generally, to avoid delayed withdrawals, choose faster withdrawal methods like cryptocurrencies, especially Binance Pay and Bitcoin.

Withdrawal request declined

The most typical causes for Quotex withdrawals getting rejected are:

  1. Pending Identity Verification: Quotex may require identity verification for large withdrawals or after recent deposits. If the necessary documents are not provided or are incomplete, the withdrawal can be delayed or rejected.
  • Incorrect Payment Details such as the wrong bank account number or cryptocurrency wallet address, can lead to failed withdrawals. Just double-check your payment details before requesting a withdrawal.
  • Disputed Withdrawals: If Quotex suspects fraudulent activity or unauthorized transactions, they can put withdrawals on hold for further investigation. According to user complaints, Quotex often uses this excuse to reject legit withdrawal request and there is not much you can do about it.

For smoother transactions, we suggest withdrawing your money using the same bank or wallet you used to deposit and check if you have exceeded your maximum withdrawal limit as well. If this is the case, try to withdraw again the next day.

Also, if your withdrawal request got rejected immediately, you might have requested during busy hours, so refresh the page and try again after a few minutes.

Can’t withdraw your bonus money

According to the Quotex Service Agreement 1.28, you can’t withdraw the deposit bonus you received, you can only use the bonus money for trading on the platform. Unfortunately, Quotex does not warn traders during the deposit process that bonuses are not withdrawable, which we consider very unethical.

Final Thoughts

Overall, it seems like withdrawals on Quotex are processed quickly and cheaply and the majority of withdrawal issues are caused by missing or incomplete account verification.

However, the fact that Quotex is an unregulated offshore trading broker means that nobody oversees the operation of the company and traders can't do anything if their withdrawal request gets delayed or declined for no real reason.

If you are not a Quotex trader yet, we advice you to choose a more trustworthy broker like Olymp Trade or Exness, as they both offer faster withdrawal time and you your chances are higher that you will actually get paid.

If you are an existing Quotex trader and wants to withdraw your profits, we suggest you to choose cryptocurrencies as they are among the fastest and most reliable options to get your money.
